It is not a matter of the “carrot” of added value but an assessment of a council’s or non-municipal client’s need for a comprehensive evaluation of a market operation; and its efficiency within its adjacent location; its attraction to the public; its relationship with local retail - all matters of paramount importance. A market (surprise, surprise!) does not work in a vacuum.
 

Where necessary we join with chartered surveyors, research and retail specialists, design and demographic experts, regeneration practices (in different combinations with organisations we have worked with previously). We can therefore provide, whether as lead or sub-consultant, the most comprehensive service available to market owners or operating landlords.
